    摘要:

    母体的昼夜节律信号与生物钟基因相互作用可以影响胎盘及胎儿的发育,引发妊娠期糖尿病、子痫前期、流产、早产、子代发育异常等结局。该文综述了生物钟基因与母体、胎盘及胎儿之间的联系,以及如何诱导母胎界面不良妊娠结局的发生,从而预测相关风险对子代的影响,提高临床妊娠并发症的风险管理和疾病控制及预防方案的准确性,为人类生殖健康提供重要指引。

    Abstract:

    The interaction between maternal circadian rhythm signaling and circadian clock genes may affect the development of the placenta and the fetus, leading to outcomes such as gestational diabetes mellitus, preeclampsia, miscarriage, premature birth, and abnormal development of offspring. This review summarizes the associations of circadian clock genes with maternal conditions as well as placental and fetal development, and how circadian clock genes induce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes via the maternal-fetal interface, so as to predict the impact of related risks on the offspring, to improve the risk management of pregnancy complications and the accuracy of disease control and prevention programs, and to provide important guidelines for human reproductive health.
