气管插管全身麻醉外科手术后声音嘶哑的临床分析

Clinical analysis of hoarseness after surgery under tracheal intubation general anesthesia

摘要:

目的 探讨气管插管全身麻醉外科手术后声音嘶哑的病因。方法 回顾性分析2012 年1 月-2017 年6 月南华大学附属第一医院气管插管全身麻醉外科手术后声音嘶哑的90 例病例资料。结果 90 例患者中， 一过性喉肌无力12.22%，声带炎21.11%，咽喉损伤5.56%，声带麻痹25.56%，环杓关节脱位35.56%，各组声音 嘶哑原因中相关因素比较，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 环杓关节脱位和声带麻痹是气管插管全身麻 醉外科手术后声音嘶哑的主要原因。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the cause of hoarseness after surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation. Methods The clinical data of 90 cases with hoarseness after surgery under tracheal intubation general anesthesia in our department from January 2012 to June 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 90 cases were analyzed. The overall incidences of transient laryngeal myasthenia, chorditis, throat damage, vocal cord paralysis and cricoarytenoid joint dislocation were 12.22%, 21.11%, 5.56%, 25.56% and 35.56% respectively. The P value of the factors related to hoarseness in each group was less than 0.05. Conclusions Cricoarytenoid joint dislocation and vocal cord paralysis are the main causes of hoarseness after surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.
