Abstract:

Biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis have attracted much attention recently, but most of them are lack of sensitivity and specificity, and also lack of research evidence. This article reviews the application of common biomarkers and their combinations in early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of sepsis in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
