冬夏季对正常人群泪膜稳定性的对比研究

Comparison of normal people’s tear film stability in winter vacation and summer vacation

摘要:

目的 对比寒假与暑假大学生眼表泪膜稳定性和泪液分泌量。方法 选取在寒假和暑假行干眼 检查的大学生263 例（全部为右眼），分为寒假组125 例和暑假组138 例。观察两组首次非侵入泪膜破裂时间 （NITBUTf）、平均非侵入泪膜破裂时间（NITBUTav）、下泪河高度（ITMH）、Schirmer Ⅰ试验（S Ⅰ t）结果。 结果 两组患者NITBUTf、NITBUTav、ITMH 比较，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05），两组S Ⅰ t 比较，差异无 统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论 中原地区，寒暑假对大学生干眼检查结果有影响。夏季人群泪膜稳定性较冬季好， ITMH 更高，而S Ⅰ t 无差异。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the results of tear film stability and lacrimal secretion of undergraduates in winter vacation and summer vacation. Methods Totally 263 college students (263 right eyes) who had dry eye examination during winter and summer vacations were selected, and divided into a winter vacation group (125 eyes) and a summer vacation group (138 eyes). In both groups the first noninvasive tear film break-up time (NITBUTf), the average noninvasive tear film break-up time (NITBUTav), the inferior tear meniscus height (ITMH) and Schirmer Ⅰ test result were observed. Results NITBUTf and NITBUTav and ITMH were significantly different between the two groups (P < 0.05). Schirmer Ⅰ test result was not statistically different between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusions The dry eye examination results of undergraduates are different in winter vacation and summer vacation in central China. The stability of tear film in summer vacation is better than that in winter vacation, and the inferior tear meniscus height is similar. Schirmer I test result has no difference in winter vacation and summer vacation.
