肝苏颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效的Meta 分析

Systematic analysis of therapeutic effect of Gansu Granules on chronic hepatitis B

摘要:

目的 系统评价肝苏颗粒对慢性乙型肝炎疗效，为临床用药提供可靠的依据。方法 搜索自成立到 2017 年10 月的Pubmed、Cochrane 图书馆、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、CBM、VIP、万方数据库中该研 究的临床随机对照实验，制定放入与清除的标准，并对放入文献质量进行评价，提取数据进行Meta 分析。结果 共纳入7 个研究，受试对象为893 例，治疗组较对照组疗效好，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 肝苏颗粒 治疗慢性乙型肝炎有确定的效果，但目前证据缺乏质量，需要高质量的证据进一步验证。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the effect of Gansu Granules on chronic hepatitis B so as to provide reliable basis for clinical medication. Methods Relevant clinical randomized controlled trials between the date of database establishment and October 2017 were retrieved from PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, Web of Science, China CNKI, CBM, VIP, and Wanfang databases. The inclusion and exclusion standards were set up. The quality of literature was evaluated, the data were extracted for Meta analysis. Results A total of seven studies were included, including 893 cases. The system analysis of the results revealed that the curative effect of the treatment groups was better than that of the control groups, with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusions Gansu Granules have certain effect for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, but the evidence is still lack of quality, further evidence of quality authentication is needed.
