摘要:

三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运体 A1（ABCA1）是三磷酸结合盒转运体超家族的重要成员之一，促进细 胞内游离胆固醇和磷脂的流出，在胆固醇逆转运（RCT）和高密度脂蛋白（HDL）生成的起始步骤中起重要 作用。目前研究表明，脂质代谢在肿瘤生长中支持肿瘤细胞的特殊能量和结构需求，ABCA1 介导胆固醇外流 在抗肿瘤中起着一定的作用，ABCA1 在肿瘤治疗方面有望成为新的方向。该文主要综述 ABCA1 在肿瘤发生 发展及治疗中的研究进展。

Abstract:

ATP binding cassette subfamily A member 1 (ABCA1) is a important member of box transporter super family, which promotes efflux of intracellular free cholesterol and phospholipids. It plays crucial roles in reverse cholesterol transport (RCT) and HDL generation. Present study shows that the lipid metabolism (LM) supports the tumor growth through providing energy demand, which suggests outflow of cholesterol mediated by ABCA1 may play anti-tumor effect. This review mainly discusses the role of ABCA1 in lipid metabolism and the progress of tumor.
