3D与2D全腹腔镜中间入路完整结肠系膜切除右半结肠癌根治术的对比分析*

Comparative analysis of 3D and 2D laparoscopic hemicolectomy of right colon carcinoma*

摘要:

目的 探讨3D腹腔镜在全腹腔镜中间入路完整结肠系膜切除右半结肠癌根治术中的优势。方法 回顾性分析比较108例3D和2D全腹腔镜中间入路完整结肠系膜切除右半结肠癌根治术患者的临床资料，并将其分为3D腹腔镜组（46例）和2D腹腔镜组（62例）。结果 3D腹腔镜组第2步（缝合）手术时间、术中失血量均小于2D腹腔镜组，而在深度知觉和腔内操作（缝合及打结）难易程度优于2D腹腔镜组（P?<0.05）。结论 3D腹腔镜系统在全腹腔镜中间入路完整结肠系膜切除右半结肠癌根治术中，可为术者提供清晰立体的手术画面、减少手术时间和出血量，有助于缝合时持针、打结等操作，经验丰富的外科医生亦可从3D腹腔镜系统中获益。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the advantages of 3D total laparoscopic hemicolectomy of right colon carcinoma with complete mesocolic excision (CME). Methods A total of 108 cases of right colon carcinoma were involved in this study.
