白细胞介素-34 作为新型细胞因子近几年已受到广泛热议，其作为促炎因子参与了多种疾病，尤其 是自身免疫性疾病的发生与发展。但白细胞介素-34 在疾病中的具体机制仍有待深入研究，因此，总结白细胞介 素-34 与临床疾病的关系，对白细胞介素-34 的机制研究和寻求相关临床疾病的潜在治疗靶点具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Interleukin-34, as a novel cytokine, has been widely discussed in recent years. As a proinflammatory cytokine, interleukin-34 is involved in the occurrence and development of various diseases, especially autoimmune diseases. However, the specific mechanism of interleukin-34 in diseases remains to be further studied. Therefore, it is of great significance to summarize the relationship between interleukin-34 and clinical diseases, to study the mechanism of interleukin-34 and to seek potential therapeutic targets for related clinical diseases.
