Objective To analyze gene susceptible subtype of AS in Nanchang. Methods Totally 74 cases of AS, 65 cases of RA, 51 cases of LIDH, 50 cases of ST, 53 cases of OA and 40 healthy people who were admitted into the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University during January 2016 to December 2016 were involved in this study. HLA-B27 antigen were detected by BD FACScalibur flow cytometry. Sub-Genotyping of HLA-B27 gene were achieved by polymerase chain reaction direct sequencing typing (PCR-SBT) technique. Results We found that positive rate HLA-B27 was increased in patients with AS compared with that in RA, LIDH, ST, OA and healthy controls (P?0.05). The positive rate of HLA-B27 was higher in men than in women aging from 30 to 40 (P?0.05). B2704 is the major gene subtype of HLA-B27 in AS patients (P?0.05). Conclusions Major subtypes of HLA-B27 gene in AS patients is B2704 and B2705 which is related to the incidence of AS in Han population in NanChang.
