高海拔地区藏族和汉族乳腺浸润性导管癌凋亡 相关蛋白及凋亡指数的研究

Comparison of apoptosis-related proteins and apoptosis index of breast invasive ductal cancers between Tibetan and ethnic Han in high altitude

摘要:

目的 探讨世居青海的藏汉族人乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Bcl-2、Bax 及Caspase-3 和凋亡指数 （AI）的表达差异。方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测藏族和汉族各60 例乳腺浸润性导管癌中Bcl-2、Bax 及 Caspase-3 蛋白的表达；采用原位DNA 缺口末端标记法检测凋亡指数。结果 藏族、汉族乳腺浸润性导管 癌组织中Bcl-2 的表达率分别为52.2% 和38.3%，Bax 表达率分别为76.7% 和61.7%，Caspase-3 表达率分别为 60.0% 和58.3%，藏族、汉族乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中AI 阳性率分别为61.2% 和60.0%，差异均无统计学意义 （P >0.05）。结论 世居青海的藏族和汉族乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Bcl-2、Bax 及Caspase-3 的表达无差异， 且乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中AI 表达比较也无差异。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the expressions of Bcl-2, Bax, Caspase-3 and apoptotic index (AI) in breast invasive ductal cancer between different ethnic groups, and to analyze their correlations with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods The expressions of Bcl-2, Bax and caspase-3 in breast invasive ductal cancers of 60 cases each of Tibetan and ethnic Han were examined with immunohistochemical stain in histopathologic slides. AI was detected by TUNEL method. Results The positive expression rates of Bcl-2 in breast invasive ductal cancer of Tibetan and ethnic Han were 52.2% and 38.3% respectively (P > 0.05); the positive expression rates of Bax were 76.7% and 61.7% respectively (P > 0.05); the positive expression rates of Caspase-3 were 60.0% and 58.3% respectively (P > 0.05); the AI was 61.2% and 60% respectively (P > 0.05). Conclusions The positive expression rates of Bcl-2, Bax and caspase-3 of breast invasive ductal cancers between Tibetan and ethnic Han demonstrate no statistically difference, and AI didn’t show any difference either.
