丹参多酚酸对老年脑卒中患者血清半乳糖凝集素-3、超敏C反应蛋白水平的影响*

Effect of Salvianolate injection on plasma Galectin-3 and C-reactive protein in elderly patients with stroke*

摘要:

目的 观察注射用丹参多酚酸对大动脉粥样硬化型脑卒中患者半乳糖凝集素-3、超敏C反应蛋白 （hs-CRP）水平的影响及近期临床疗效。方法 根据TOAST病因分型选取2017年1～12月于保定市第一中心医院就诊的大动脉粥样硬化型脑卒中患者202例。随机分为两组，对照组以注射用血栓通及常规治疗方式治疗；实验组以注射用丹参多酚酸及常规治疗方式治疗；同期健康对照者200例（健康组）。检测大动脉粥样硬化型脑卒中患者入院时及健康对照者清半乳糖凝集素-3、hs-CRP水平；检测大动脉粥样硬化型脑卒中患者入院时与治疗14?d时血清半乳糖凝集素-3、hs-CRP水平和统计90?d的采用改良RANKIN量表（mRS）评分。结果 治疗后，实验组血清半乳糖凝集素-3、hs-CRP水平、mRS评分均较对照组降低（P?<0.05）。结论 注射用丹参多酚酸可降低LAA型脑卒中患者血清中半乳糖凝集素-3、hs-CRP水平，促进神经功能恢复。

Abstract:

Objective To observe effect of Salvianolate injection on plasma galectin-3 and C-reactive protein (CRP) in elderly patients with stroke. Methods According to the TOAST classification, 202 patients with LAA stroke and 200 healthy controls were enrolled. Patients with LAA stroke were randomly divided into control group and test group. All patients received standard treatment while patients in test group received additional Salvianolate injection. modified rankin scale (mRS), pasma galectin-3 and hs-CRP were recorded. Results Treatment of Salvianolate induced decreased levels of plasma galectin-3, hs-CRP and mRS score significantly when compared with those in control group or healthy group. Conclusions Salvianolate injection improves the clinical symptoms in patients with LAA stroke probably through modulating inflammatory response.
