The programme for prevention and control of SARS-CoV-2 infection in neonates in Hunan Provence

摘要:

为防控新型冠状病毒（SARS-CoV-2）感染流行，国家卫生健康委员会连续发布了一系列规范 化文件。由于目前缺乏胎儿及新生儿SARS-CoV-2 感染的实验室和临床研究资料，SARS-CoV-2 是否可由 感染母亲垂直传播致新生儿感染尚不明确。鉴于孕产妇是病毒性疾病的易感人群之一，湖南省新生儿医疗质 量控制中心以保护新生儿和医护人员为目的，经过湖南省新生儿专家多次讨论及修订了《湖南省新生儿新型 冠状病毒感染防治方案》，旨在加强防范措施，切实阻断母源性、医源性和社区源性SARS-CoV-2 的医院感 染传播途径。

Abstract:

As severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has caused the national outbreak, Chinse National Health Commission has issued several policies for control and prevention of SARS-CoV-2. However, neonate is a special subject. It is uncertain whether SARS-CoV-2 causes maternal-fetus vertical transmission, due to lack of management experience and reports. Therefore, the expert panel of Hunan Neonatal Medical Quality Control Center have achieved this programme after many discussions for prevention and control of neonatal SARS-CoV-2 infection.
