秋水仙碱抗炎、抗纤维化及抗肿瘤的研究进展

秋水仙碱是研究最早的一种生物碱，具有广泛的生物学作用，在临床应用已有200 多年历史，具 有抗炎、抗纤维化及抗肿瘤等作用，此外临床上还用于治疗白塞病、家族性地中海热等疾病。该文通过相关 文献复习，对秋水仙碱的作用机制及其在不同疾病中的疗效作一综述。

Abstract:

Colchicine is one of the earliest alkaloids studied and has a wide range of biological effects. It has been used in clinical practice for more than 200 years. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrosis, anti-tumor and other functions. In addition, it is also used in clinical treatment of Behcet’s disease, familial Mediterranean fever and other diseases. In this paper, the mechanism of colchicine action and its therapeutic effect in different diseases were reviewed by reviewing relevant literatures.
