COX-2 在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of COX-2 in endometriosis

摘要:

目的 观察环氧合酶-2（COX-2）在子宫内膜异位症中的表达，并比较其在正常对照子宫内 膜中的表达差异。方法 选取2017 年1 月1 日—2017 年12 月31 日于湖南省妇幼保健院妇科手术切除且经 病理确诊为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者36 例，根据选取的不同组织分为异位内膜组和在位内膜组。选取同 期于该院就诊的子宫内膜标本正常患者25 例作为对照组。用免疫组织化学法检测各组COX-2 的表达差异。 结果 异位内膜组和在位内膜组COX-2 表达强度高于对照组（P <0.05）。在位内膜组增生期和分泌期的 COX-2 表达强度高于对照组（P <0.05），异位内膜组美国生育协会分期Ⅰ、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ、Ⅳ期COX-2 表达强 度高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 COX-2 可能在子宫内膜异位症的发生中发挥作用。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in endometriosis andthe difference between COX-2 in normal endometrium. Methods Expression of COX-2 in 36 ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium in endometriosis as well as 25 normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of COX-2 in the ectopic endometriotic tissues was significantly higher than those in the eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium (P < 0.05). And the expression of COX-2 in the eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium (P < 0.05). The expression of COX-2 in the AFS stageⅠ-Ⅱ and Ⅲ-Ⅳ in ectopic endometriotic group was higher than control group (P > 0.05). Conclusions COX-2 may contributed to the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
