勃起功能障碍患者肝功能变化及其与IIEF-5、MSF-4评分关系分析*

Changes of liver function indexes and their relationship with IIEF-5, MSF-4 scores in erectile dysfunction patients*

摘要:

目的 检测勃起功能障碍（ED）患者肝功能变化并分析其与国际勃起功能指数5项（IIEF-5）和男性性欲量表-4（MSF-4）评分的关系。方法 选取2015年5月—2017年12月于新疆医科大学第一、四附属医院男科门诊确诊ED患者100例（ED组）和正常健康者48例（N组）为研究对象。收集IIEF-5、 MSF-4评分等资料，采集全血，使用全自动血液分析仪检测肝功能变化，并分析变化的指标与IIEF-5、MSF-4评分的关系。结果 ED组IIEF-5和MSF-4评分低于N组（P?<0.05）。ED组碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、胆碱酯酶（ChE）高于N组（P?<0.05）；ED组总蛋白（TP）、总胆红素（TBIL）、总胆汁酸（TBA）低于N组（P?<0.05），与IIEF≥12组比较，IIEF<12组ALP、ChE升高，TP、TBIL、TBA降低（P?<0.05）；与MSF-4≥9组比较，MSF-4<9组ALP、ChE升高，TP、TBILI、TBA降低（P?<0.05）。结论 肝功能变化可能导致ED患者勃起功能和性欲降低。肝功能指标检测联合IIEF-5、MSF-4评分可较好地为临床ED的诊疗提供参考数据。

Abstract:

Objective To study the changes of liver function indexes and their relationship with IIEF-5, MSF-4 scores in erectile dysfunction (ED) patients. Methods We collected 100 cases of ED patients (ED group) and 48 cases normal healthy control (N group) from May 2015 to December 2017 in andrology department in the first and fouth affiliated hospital affiliated to Xinjiang medical university, obtained the related data such as international index of erectile function 5 items (IIEF-5) and male sexual function 4 items (MSF-4) scores and blood, then detected the changes of liver function using automatic blood analyzer, and analyze their relationship with IIEF-5, MSF-4 scores in ED patients.
