溃疡性结肠炎是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病。熊去氧胆酸是一种亲水性的胆汁酸，因具 有良好的细胞保护和抗炎特性而日益受到重视，近年来在鼠结肠炎模型中取得较好的疗效。目前，熊去氧胆 酸在溃疡性结肠炎的治疗机制尚存在争议，该文就相关研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Ulcerative colitis is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease. Ursodeoxycholic acid is a kind of hydrophilic bile acid, which has been paid more and more attention due to its roles in cell protection and anti-inflammatory properties. At present, the treatment mechanism of ursodeoxycholic acid in ulcerative colitis is still controversial. Thus, this article reviews recent research progress on relevant issues.
