妈富隆联合云南红药胶囊治疗青春期无排卵性异常子宫出血的疗效观察*

Observation on curative effect of Marvelon combined with Yunnan Hongyao capsule in treating abnormal uterine bleeding*

摘要:

目的 评价去氧孕烯炔雌醇（妈富隆）联合云南红药胶囊治疗青春期无排卵性异常子宫出血的临床治疗效果。方法 选取2014年4月—2016年4月河南中医药大学附属洛阳市中医院60例青春期无排卵性异常子宫出血患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组30例。对照组给予妈富隆止血；试验组在对照组基础上给予云南红药胶囊口服治疗，2粒/次，3次/d，连续3个月经周期。观察比较两组患者治疗后的缩短出血时间、完全止血时间、1年内再出血发生率、不良反应发生率及治疗效果。结果 对照组治愈率30.00%、总有效率83.33%，试验组治愈率36.67%、总有效率96.67%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P?<0.05），试验组较对照组治疗效果更佳。两组患者治疗后缩短出血时间、完全止血时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P?<0.05），试验组缩短出血时间较对照组延长，试验组完全止血时间较对照组缩短。对照组1年内再出血发生率、不良反应发生率分别为20.00%、10.00%，试验组分别为6.67%、3.33%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P?< 0.05）。结论 妈富隆联合云南红药胶囊治疗青春期无排卵性异常子宫出血的临床治疗效果较单纯妈富隆更佳。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of deoxygestriol estriol (Marvelon) combined with Yunnan Hongyao capsule in the treatment of adolescent abnormal uterine bleeding in adolescence. Methods According to random number table method, 60 patients with anovulatory puberty sexual abnormal uterine bleeding were divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in control group were given deoxygestriol estriol, and patients in the control group were given yunnan hongyao tablets capsule on the basis of control group, two at a time, three times a day. After 3 consecutive menstrual cycles, the shortened bleeding time, complete hemostasis time, the incidence of rebleeding within 1 year, the incidence of adverse reactions and the therapeutic effect between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The cure rate of the control group was 30.00%, the total effective rate was 83.33%, the cure rate of the experimental group was 36.67%, the total effective rate was 96.67%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P?
