脑梗塞合并冠心病36例临床分析

本文报告36例脑梗塞合并冠心病,其中男26例,女10例,脑梗塞合并心绞痛16例,心肌梗塞7例,隐性冠心病13例,死亡10例,主要死因有心力衰竭、肾功能衰竭、脑水肿并脑疝。对脑梗塞与冠心病同时存在的病理生理机制进行了讨论。为了提高诊疗水平,作者强调详细询问病史、认真体查、及时监测心脑功能和二病同治的原则,并应积极消除致病因素。

Abstract:

This article introduces 36 patiants with cerebral infarc- tion accompany by coronary heart disease (CHD). amony then.male 26,female 10,cerebral infarc- tion with angina pectoris 16.myocardial infarction 7.la- tent CHD 13.death 10.main causes of death are heart fa- ilure,renal failure and brain edema with brain heinia. We think the pathophysiological rnachanism of the cerebral infarction with CHD were microcirculatory diso- rder due to arteriosclerosis cerebral artery and coronary vascular and reperfusion injury after ischemia. In order to improve the rate of diaynosis and treat- merit.We have emphasied that the patient should be required on detail history of disease,careful physical ex- amination and cardiac-brain function monitoring as ear- ly as possible;and with the principle of cerebral infarc- tion and CHD treated simultaneously. It was also emphasied that the cause of disease should be treated actively.
