The technique of surgical treatment of complicated renal stone performed in 30 cases from october, 1986 to march, 1993 was reported. The different surgical managements were selected on different stones. Undergoing renal operation in situation under local hypothermia in a cases, the protective effect on warm ischemic kidneys was taken with injecting inosine intravenously in 15. The average time of occlussion of the renal circulation was 59 minutes. There was only one residual stone in the kidney. The result was satisfactory in 29. The seleting surgical management of complicated renal stone was discussed.
