芳香族抗癫痫药物致皮肤不良反应的研究进展

皮肤不良反应是芳香族抗癫痫药物在临床治疗过程当中最常见的不良反应之一，这些不良反应严重威胁了患者的生命和用药安全。笔者通过查阅整理国内外的相关文献，对芳香族抗癫痫药物所致皮肤不良反应的分类、临床表现以及近几年有关其诱导皮肤不良反应的可能机制等方面的研究进展进行了阐述。总的来说，芳香族抗癫痫药物致皮肤反应的可能病理机制主要集中在细胞信号与免疫分子、HLA-B*1502基因相关性方面，但具体过程仍不是十分清楚，在进一步研究的同时，也应注意临床药物的合理应用。

Abstract:

Cutaneous adverse reaction is one of the familiar adverse reactions of aromatic antiepileptic drugs and threat to the lives of patients and drug safety. The author consulted the related literature at home and abroad to present a review on the classification, clinical features and the possible pathogenesis of the cutaneous adverse reactions induced by aromatic antiepileptic drugs in recent years. In general, the possible pathogenesis of skin reactions induced by aromatic antiepileptic drugs has been mainly focused on the relationship of cell signaling with immune molecules and HLA-B*1502 gene, but the process is still not very clear. Attention should be paid to the clinical application of the drugs while further researches are adopted.
