醒窍通督针刺辅助功能综合康复训练 治疗脑瘫患儿疗效及安全性探讨

Clinical effects and safety of Xingqiao Tongdu acupuncture assisted with function training in treatment of children with cerebral palsy

摘要:

目的 探讨醒窍通督针刺辅助功能综合康复训练治疗脑瘫患儿疗效及安全性。方法 选取该院近期收治脑瘫患儿130例，采用随机抽样方法分为对照组（65例）和试验组（65例），分别给予功能综合康复训练单用和在此基础上加用醒窍通督针刺治疗；比较两组患儿临床疗效，治疗前后美国粗大运动功能量表（GMFM）、精细运动功能评估量表（FMFM）、盖什尔（Gesell）神经发育评定量表评分、脑电图正常率及并发症发生率等。结果 试验组患儿临床疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；试验组患儿治疗后GMFM评分、FMFM评分、Gesell评分及脑电图正常率均显著优于对照组和治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；试验组患儿癫痫、肌力异常及发育迟缓等并发症发生率均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 醒窍通督针刺辅助功能综合康复训练治疗脑瘫患儿可有效促进精细运动功能和智力恢复，降低并发症发生风险。

Abstract:

【Objective】 To investigate clinical effects and safety of Xingqiao Tongdu acupuncture assisted with function training in treatment of children with cerebral palsy. 【Methods】 A total of 130 children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital in recent years were chosen and randomly divided into two groups including control group (65 children) with comprehensive function training alone and experimental group (65 children) with Xingqiao Tongdu acupuncture on the basis of functional training. The clinical efficiency, the Gross Motor Function Measure of America (GMFM) scores, the Fine Motor Function Assessment Scale (FMFM) scores, Gesell Neural Development Rating Scale scores, normal rate of EEG before and after treatment, and complication incidence of both groups were compared. 【Results】 The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The GMFM scores, FMFM scores, Gesell scores and normal rate of EEG after treatment in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group and those before treatment (P < 0.05). The complication incidence of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). 【Conclusions】 Xingqiao Tongdu acupuncture combined with comprehensive function training in treatment of children with cerebral palsy can efficiently promote the recovery process of fine motor function and intelligence and reduce the risk of complications.
