中西医药联合治疗药物流产后宫腔残留

Combination of Chinese and Western medicine for treatment of intrauterine residue after drug abortion

目的评价中西医药联合治疗药物流产后宫腔残留的效果。方法选取2013 年12 月-2014 年11月在北京市延庆区医院计划生育门诊行药物流产后宫腔残留的患者124 例。将其分为实验组和对照组，实验组应用黄体酮及复方益母胶囊治疗，对照组单纯应用复方益母胶囊，比较两组的治愈率及清宫率。结果实验组治愈率为83.87%（52/62），有效率为9.68%（6/62），总有效率为93.54%（58/62），对照组治愈率为61.29%（38/62），有效率为12.90%（8/62），总有效率为74.19%（46/62）。结论在药物流产宫腔残留的治疗中,中西医药联合治疗疗效显著，其治愈率升高，清宫率下降。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of combined Chinese traditional and Western medicine on intrauterine residue after drug abortion. Method This study included 124 cases with intrauterine residue after drug abortion in the Family Planning Clinic of Beijing Yanqing District Hospital from December 2013 to November 2014.They were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group was given progesterone and Compound Leonurus Capsules, while the control group was only given Compound Leonurus Capsules. The cure rate and the curettage rate were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the cure rate was 83.87% (52/62) and the effective rate was 9.68% (6/62), the total efficiency was 93.54% (58/62). In the control group, the cure rate was 61.29% (38/62), the efficiency was 12.9% (8/62), and the total effective rate was 74.19% (46/62). Conclusions Combined treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has significant effect on intrauterine residue after drug abortion, it obviously increases the cure rate and lowers the curettage rate.
