龙胆泻肝汤治疗带状疱疹伴抑郁的疗效研究

Effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in treatment of Herpes zoster combined with depression

摘要:

分析龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗对带状疱疹伴抑郁患者的疼痛程度、心理状态及免疫功能的影响。方法将86 例带状疱疹伴抑郁患者纳入研究，按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，各43 例。对照组患者接受常规西医治疗，观察组患者接受西医结合龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗，对比两组患者的疼痛程度、心理状态及免疫功能。结果观察组治疗后血清P物质、神经生长因子、前列腺素E2、白介素6水平，以及焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（p <0.05），观察组低于对照组；观察组的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、自然杀伤细胞（NK）与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（p <0.05），观察组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK 高于对照组患者，CD8+低于对照组患者。结论龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗可促进带状疱疹伴抑郁患者的病情恢复，在强化患者免疫功能方面也有积极作用。

Abstract:

To analyze the effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction on pain, psychological status and immune function of patients with Herpes zoster combined with depression. Methods Eighty-six patients of Herpes zoster combined with depression were included in the study and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, each with 43 cases. The patients of the control group received routine therapy, the patients of the observation group received integrative treatment of Western medicine and Longdan Xiegan Decoction. The pain degree, psychological status and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results The serum levels of SP, NGF, PGE2 and IL-6, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p < 0.05). CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and NK values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, CD8+ value was lower than taht in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusions Longdan Xiegan Decoction treatment can promote the recovery of the patients with Herpes Zoster and depression, and have positive effect in strengthening the immune function.
