Abstract:Objective To detemine the expression of B-cell activating factor receptor (BAFF-R) in B cell lymphoma and to explore the role of BAFF-R signal transduction in B cell lymphoma. Methods Human Bcell lymphoma cell lines Raji, Daudi and BALL-1 were selected as the objects of study. BAFF-R expression was detected by flow cytometry, qRT-PCR and Western blot. Results Flow cytometry results demonstrated that BAFF-R was up-regulated in all the three cell lines, qRT-PCR and Western-blot indicated the same results. Conclusions BAFF-R expression is up-regulated in all the three B-cell lymphoma cell lines, and closely correlated to the growth and proliferation of B-cell lymphoma.
