BAFF受体在人B淋巴瘤细胞中的作用研究

摘要:

目的测定B 细胞活化因子（BAFF）受体在人B 淋巴瘤细胞中的表达水平，探讨B 细胞活化因子受体（BAFF-R）信号转导在人淋巴瘤细胞中的作用。方法选取3 种人B 淋巴瘤细胞系Raji、Daudi、BALL-1，通过流式细胞术、实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应（qRT-PCR）及Western blot检测BAFF 的表达。结果流式细胞术结果显示，在3 种人B 淋巴瘤细胞系中均检出BAFF-R 阳性表达，qRT-PCR和Western blot检测显示，在3 种人B淋巴瘤细胞系中， BAFF-R 基因与蛋白表达水平上调。结论人B 淋巴瘤细胞系Raji、Daudi、BALL-1呈阳性表达，BAFF-R 与B淋巴瘤细胞的生长、增殖关系密切。

Abstract:

Objective To detemine the expression of B-cell activating factor receptor (BAFF-R) in B cell lymphoma and to explore the role of BAFF-R signal transduction in B cell lymphoma. Methods Human Bcell lymphoma cell lines Raji, Daudi and BALL-1 were selected as the objects of study. BAFF-R expression was detected by flow cytometry, qRT-PCR and Western blot. Results Flow cytometry results demonstrated that BAFF-R was up-regulated in all the three cell lines, qRT-PCR and Western-blot indicated the same results. Conclusions BAFF-R expression is up-regulated in all the three B-cell lymphoma cell lines, and closely correlated to the growth and proliferation of B-cell lymphoma.
