白细胞介素17及23在慢性放射性肠炎中的表达及临床意义

Expression of IL-17 and IL-23 in chronic radiation colitis

检测白细胞介素17（IL-17）和白细胞介素23（IL-23）在慢性放射性肠炎患者肠黏膜组织中的表达，并分析其表达与疾病的关系。方法纳入31 例慢性放射性肠炎为研究对象，选取健康对照30 例。对病情的评估采取临床症状和内镜下表现结合的形式。用免疫组织化学法测定IL-17及IL-23 的蛋白表达，并分析其与临床特征的关系。结果慢性放射性肠炎中IL-17 及IL-23 的阳性表达高于正常肠黏膜组织（均p=0.000）。IL-17及IL-23在慢性放射性肠炎患者肠黏膜中的表达与症状积分及内镜评分呈正相关（均p=0.000）。慢性放 射性肠炎患者肠黏膜中IL-17 与IL-23 的表达相关（r =0.731，p =0.000）。结论IL-17 及IL-23 在慢性放射性肠炎组织中高表达，且与疾病严重程度呈正相关，提示IL-17/IL-23 免疫轴可能参与慢性放射性肠炎的发生、发展。

Abstract:

To investigate the expression of the IL-17 and IL-23 in chronic radiation proctitis(CRP). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IL-17 and IL-23 in 31 CRP patients and 30 normal colonic mucosal tissues. Results The positive expression of IL-17 and IL-23 in CRP was higher than that in normal colonic mucosal tissues (p = 0.000). The expression of IL-17 and IL-23 in CRP significantly correlated with the parameters of symptoms and endoscopic scores (p = 0.000). There was a significant correlation between the expression of IL-17 and IL-23 in the intestinal mucosa of patients with CRP ( r = 0.731,p = 0.000). Conclusions IL-17/IL-23 axis may play an important role in the development and progression of CRP.
