大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗术标准化操作的探讨

THE EXPLORATION OF THE NORMATIVE OPERATION OF BRONCHOALVEDAR LAVAGE OF RATS

摘要:

目的 :对大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗术操作标准进行探讨。方法 :使用外径为 1.8mm的气管插管对大鼠左肺进行支气管肺泡灌洗 ,共 5次 ,每次 2 .5ml,反复抽注 10遍 ,每次回收率均应 >80 %。结果 :该操作方法简便、重复性好。结论 :该方法值得作为大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗术的标准操作方法进一步研究。

Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the normative operation of bronchoalveolar lavage of rats.Methods:Adopt the intratracheal cannula with the diameter of 1.8mm to perform bronchoalveolar lavage.The left lung of the rat was lavaged with five 2.5ml aliquotos of normal saline.Every lavage was performed with 10 times instillation and with drawn very gently to bathe the airway suffciently.Furthermore the recovery of fluid was over 80 percent.Results:This lavaging method is simple and could be well repeated.Conclusions:This method can be looked as normative operation of broncholaveolar lavage of rats to be further investigated.
