血液病血小板MPV、PCT、PDW的检测意义

摘要:

目的：分析血小板常规检测项目对血液病的意义。方法：总结159例血液病人血小板MPV，PCT，PDW值，观测病情缓解前后的变化，并设正常对照。结果：血液病与正常对照，几种血液病之间PDW值无显著性差异；几种血液病MPV，PCT值变化明显；再生障碍性贫血与正常对照比较MPV无明显减少，PCT降低（P＜0．01），特发性血小板减少性紫MPV大于正常对照，PCT低于正常对照（均P＜0．01），血小板数量恢复正常后MPV仍大于正常对照（P＜0．05），且与发病期比较没有差异，急性白血病MPV，PCT均低于正常对照（均P＜0．01），完全缓解后，MPV不仅仍低于正常对照，也低于发病期（均P＜0．01），结论：血小板的MPV，PCT，PDW变化，特别是MPV的变化，对有些血液病的诊断和转归判断有参考价值。

Abstract:

Objective:To analyse the signification of platelet routine detection index in blood disease.Methods:We summarized MPV?PCT?PDW of platelet in 159 cases with blood disease,and observed the change of MPV?PCT?PDW at pre-remission and post-remision,which compared with normal control.Results:1. There was no significant difference in PDW between blood disease and normal control.2. There were obvious changes of MPV?PCT in blood disease:1) Compared with normal control,MPV of Aplastic Anemia (AA) had not reduced significantly,and PCT of AA lowered (P<0.01).2) In Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura(ITP),MPV was bigger than that of normal control,and PCT lowered (P<0.01,both).After platelet counts of ITP return to normal (ITP-N),MPV of ITP-N was still bigger than that of normal control (P<0.05),and there was no difference in MPV between ITP and ITP-N.3) MPV?PCT of Acute Leukemia (AL) was lower than those of normal control (P<0.01,both),and after AL complete remission (AL-CR),MPV of AL-CR was not only lower than that of normal control but also lower than that of AL (P<0.01,both).Conclusions:The change of MPV?PCT?PDW in blood disease,especially MPV,is valuable in diagnosing blood disease and judging disease inversion.
