多层螺旋CT后处理技术在四肢骨关节骨折影像诊断中的意义

Significance of multi-slice spiral CT post-processing technique in imaging diagnosis of limb joint fracture

摘要:

目的  探讨多层螺旋CT 多平面重组（MPR）、表面阴影显示（SSD）和容积再现三维成像（VRT）技术对四肢骨关节骨折的影像诊断价值。方法  64例经X线平片检查证实骨折和可疑骨折的患者全部采用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)横断位薄层扫描，再经MPR，SSD，VRT重建观察。结果  64例骨折患者经多层螺旋CT MPR、SSD和VRT技术可清晰显示四肢骨关节不同程度的骨折，骨折线的走形，碎骨片大小，移位情况。结论  MSCT MPR，SSD及VRT对四肢骨关节骨折及可疑的隐匿性骨折的影像诊断准确，为临床治疗方案的制订提供详细影像资料。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) three-dimensional reconstruction image for diagnosis of limb joint fractures. Methods Sixty-four patients who were dubious of limb joint fractures on X-ray film were examined with multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), superficial shadow display (SSD) and volume rendering technique(VRT) in work station. Results MSCT MPR, SSD and VRT imaging clearly showed limb joints with different degrees of fractures in the 64 cases, the shape and course of fracture lines, the size of bone fragments and fragment displacement. Conclusions MSCT MPR, SSD and VRT can make accurate image diagnosis for occult fractures of limb joints, and provide detailed image information for making clinical treatment measures.
