Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis complicated with subdural effusion: a report of two cases and literature review

摘要:

目的  报告2例静脉窦血栓并发硬膜下积液并文献回顾。方法  结合文献回顾分析该院收治的2例静脉窦血栓并发硬膜下积液病例的临床特点、辅助检查、治疗方案。结果  1例术后患者完全恢复且硬膜下积液消失，1例患者并发颅内血肿长期昏迷但硬膜下积液消失。结论  静脉窦血栓临床相对少见，且临床表现多样，当患者出现不明原因的硬膜下积液时也应考虑到静脉窦血栓的可能。

Abstract:

Objective To report two cases of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis complicated with subdural effusion and make a general review on the correlative literature. Methods Based on the literature review, two cases of venous sinus thrombosis were analyzed in the aspects including subdural effusion, clinical characteristics, auxiliary examination and therapeutic schedule. Results One patient fully recovered after operation and subdural effusion disappeared, while the other case complicated with intracranial hematoma and had long-term coma but his subdural effusion disappeared. Conclusions Venous sinus thrombosis is relatively rare in clinic, and the clinical manifestations are diverse. The possibility of venous sinus thrombosis should also be consi-
dered when patients have unexplained subdural effusion.
