2009、2012版国家基本药物目录与云南省“新农合”药物目录的比较研究

摘要:

目的  通过比较两版基药目录与“新农合”目录的变化，分析两类目录的联系和差异，为促进云南省“新农合”药物目录的完善及与基药目录的对接提供参考。方法  对两类目录中化学药品和生物制品中的药物分类、数量及重合率进行比较。结果  两类目录存在归类不同、细分类别不同和品种增减变化等差异。结论  12版基药目录在分类依据、收载药品及疾病覆盖等方面更为科学化，但两类目录重合率偏低，不利于医保政策的衔接。

Abstract:

Objective To compare and analyze the change of directory in the two edition of National Essential Medicine List (NEML) and "New Rural Cooperative" (NRC), and to  promote the perfection of NRC directory of Yunnan province and provide a base reference for the list of drug docking. Methods Classification, quantity and the coincidence rate of chemical drugs and biological products in two kinds of directory were compared. Results There were differences in categories, classifications, subdivisions of different varieties changes in two kinds of directory. Conclusions The 2012 edition of NEML is more scientific in the classification, drug containing and disease coverage. But coincidence rate of two kinds of directory is low, which is not conducive to the cohesion and the health insurance policy.
