鼻息肉组织核因子-κB和白细胞介素4的表达及意义

Expression and significance of NF-κB/IL-4 gene in nasal polyp

摘要:

目的  探讨核因子-κB（NF-κB）和白细胞介素4（IL-4）mRNA在鼻息肉组织中的表达及意义。方法  选取90例术后病检确诊为鼻息肉患者鼻腔新生物（不分侧别）作实验组，同期取80例因单纯鼻中隔偏曲而行下鼻甲部分切除的患者的下鼻甲组织（不分侧别）作为对照组。采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）结合半定量分析方法检测，比较两组NF-κB、IL-4的表达水平。结果  NF-κB和IL-4在实验组表达水平高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论  NF-κB和IL-4 mRNA表达水平与炎症相关，可能与鼻息肉的发病机制相关。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the different expression of nuclear factor -κb and lnterleukin 4 (IL-4) gene in tissue of the nasal polyp. Methods A number of 90 cases of nasal polyp were collected as experimental group and 80 cases inferior turbinate tissues as normal group. Real-time quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method was used to detect the different expression of NF-κB and IL-4 gene, and relative analysis was used to analyzed the results. Results Compared with normal group, the expression of NF-κB and IL-4 gene in expermental group was significantly increased (P < 0.05). Conclusions The expressions of NF-κB and IL-4 are increased in experimental group, which may relate with the occurrence and development of nasal ployp.
