手术联合中医三期用药对老年跟骨骨折疗效的影响

Therapeutic efficacy of surgery combined with three-stage traditional Chinese medicine in calcaneal fracture in the elderly

摘要:

目的 分析手术联合中医三期用药对老年跟骨骨折疗效的影响。方法 选取2017年1月—2018年6月于陕西省人民医院收治的高空坠落致老年跟骨骨折患者90例。患者分为单纯实施跟骨骨折手术治疗的对照组和采取跟骨骨折手术联合术后中医三期用药治疗的观察组，每组45例。比较两组功能恢复效果、并发症发生率。结果 两组治疗前Maryland足功能评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。观察组治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月的Maryland足部功能评分较对照组高（P <0.05），观察组末次随访后疗效较对照组好（P <0.05），观察组末次随访后并发症发生率较对照组低（P <0.05）。结论 跟骨骨折手术联合术后中医三期用药能够进一步提高高空坠落致老年跟骨骨折患者功能恢复效果，降低并发症发生率，值得推广使用。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in calcaneal fracture in the elderly.Methods A total of 90 cases of elderly patients with calcaneal fracture due to fall from height in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were divided into control group treated with calcaneal fracture surgery alone (n = 45) and observation group treated with calcaneal fracture surgery combined with three-stage TCM after operation (n = 45). The functional recovery and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, Maryland Foot Score was higher in the observation group at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after treatment (P < 0.05). The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group at the time of the last follow-up (P < 0.05), and the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The combination of calcaneal fracture surgery and postoperative three-stage TCM can improve the functional recovery and reduce the incidence of complications in elderly patients with calcaneal fracture due to fall from height, which is worthy of further application.
