Abstract:Diabeitc peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes, accounting for 47% to 91% of the morbidity, which varies greatly due to different sensitivity of detection methods, and there are many clinical reports. However, there are few reports on the neuroelectrophysiology of diabeitc peripheral neuropathy in prediabetes, It is easy for clinicians to ignore and miss the best time for diagnosis and treatment. The purpose of this review is to collect and summarize the recent advances in neuroelectrophysiological techniques for prediabetes, so as to improve the attention of clinicians on prediabetes diabeitc peripheral neuropathy.
