    摘要:

    目的 探讨对氧磷酶1(PON1)基因rs662、rs3917541、rs3917539位点多态性与儿童川崎病(KD)的发病风险及其并发冠状动脉损害之间的相关性。方法 利用聚合酶链反应-直接测序法(PCR-SBT)分析93例KD患儿(KD组)和94例健康儿童(对照组)PON1基因的rs662、rs3917541、rs3917539位点多态性。结果 KD组PON1基因rs662、rs3917541、rs3917539位点基因型频率分布和等位基因频率分布与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。KD组中的合并冠状动脉损害组与未合并冠状动脉损害组PON1基因rs662、rs3917541、rs3917539位点基因型频率分布和等位基因频率分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论 尚未发现PON1基因rs662、rs3917541、rs3917539位点多态性与KD及其冠状动脉损害的发生有关。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the relationship of the polymorphism of locus rs662, rs3917541, and rs3917539 of PON1 gene with the risk of Kawasaki disease (KD) and the complications of coronary artery damage (CAL).Methods There were 93 patients with KD and 94 healthy subjects in this study. The polymorphism of locus rs662, rs3917541, and rs3917539 of PON1 gene were detected by polymerase chain reaction-sequence based typing (PCR-SBT) method.Results For the polymorphism of locus rs662, rs3917541, and rs3917539 of PON1 gene, there were no significant differences between KD patients and the controls in genotype frequencies and allele frequencies (P > 0.05), and there were no significant differences between KD patients with CAL and without CAL in genotype and allele frequencies (P > 0.05).Conclusions No association was found between the polymorphisms of locus rs662, rs3917541, and rs3917539 of PON1 gene and the risk of KD or its complication of CAL in this study.
