促进膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后腱骨愈合方法的研究进展

前交叉韧带是维持膝关节稳定性的重要结构之一。目前，前交叉韧带损伤的发病率越来越高，前交叉韧带重建术是其治疗的首要手段，术后腱骨界面的良好生长是患者早期康复及预后功能恢复的关键。该文综述近年来国内外促进腱骨愈合因素的相关研究，发现如骨膜覆盖、生长因子、富血小板血浆和中药等治疗都取得了不错的效果，但很多技术仍然处于动物实验阶段，且其具体作用机制、作用时机及用法用量等都没有明确的标准。

Abstract:

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is an important structure for maintaining the stability of the knee joint. At present, the incidence rate of ACL injury is increasing. ACL reconstruction is the primary mean for the treatment of ACL injury. The good growth of the tendon bone interface is the key to early rehabilitation and pre functional recovery. After sorting out and analyzing, it is found that many researches (such as periosteal coverage, growth factor, platelet rich plasma and traditional Chinese Medicine) have achieved good results in promoting tendon and bone healing, but many techniques are still in animal experiment stage, and there is no clear standard for specific mechanism, timing and dosage of action.
