经阴道子宫输卵管实时三维超声造影在不孕症诊断中的应用效果

Application value of transvaginal real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography in infertility patients

摘要:

目的 探讨不孕症患者经阴道子宫输卵管实时三维超声造影的诊断价值。方法 选取2018年3月—2019年3月在内蒙古国际蒙医医院进行不孕症治疗的88例患者，依据检查方式不同分为常规组和实验组，每组44例。常规组患者予以X射线子宫输卵管造影检查；实验组患者予以实时三维超声下经阴道子宫输卵管造影检查。持续掌握造影剂显影情况，比较两组患者诊断准确率、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、不良反应发生情况，以及检查所需时间。结果 实验组患者的诊断准确率（97.73%）高于常规组患者（77.27%）（P <0.05）；实验组患者的诊断误诊率（0.00%）、漏诊率（2.27%）低于常规组（6.82%和15.91%）（P <0.05）；实验组与常规组VAS评分分别为（3.08±1.01）分和（5.27±1.29）分，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；实验组与常规组不良反应总发生率分别为2.27%和27.27%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；实验组检查所需时间（15.02±4.11）min较常规组（21.66±4.52）min短（P <0.05）。结论 不孕症患者在实时三维超声下经阴道子宫输卵管造影检查较X射线子宫输卵管造影检查诊断准确性更高，患者检查后疼痛感较轻，不良反应较少，并且检查所需时间较短，具有一定的临床应用效果。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of transvaginal real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography in infertility patients.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 88 infertility patients treated in our hospital were selected and assigned to two groups, 44 cases in each group. The conventional group was checked with hysterosalpingography, and the test group was checked with transvaginal real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography. The diagnosis accuracy, VAS (visual analogue scale) scores, adverse reactions, and duration of examination were compared.Results The diagnosis accuracy in the test group and conventional group was 97.73% and 77.27% (P < 0.05); VAS scores in the test group and conventional group were (3.08 ± 1.01) and (5.27 ± 1.29) (P < 0.05); the adverse event rate in the test group and conventional group was 2.27% and 27.27% (P < 0.05); the duration of examination in the test group and conventional group was (15.02 ± 4.11) min and (21.66 ± 4.52) min (P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with hysterosalpingography, the transvaginal real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography has higher diagnosis accuracy, which can reduce patient's pain, adverse reactions and duration of examination. It is worthy of clinical application.
