摘要:

非生殖系统来源转移性卵巢恶性肿瘤指生殖系统以外其他系统转移至卵巢的恶性肿瘤，其与原发性卵巢肿瘤临床表现相似，两者鉴别较为难，易误诊、误治。正确诊断及治疗对提高该类患者的生活质量和生存率有重要意义。本文从非生殖系统来源转移性卵巢恶性肿瘤的原发病灶、发现时间、转移途径及临床病理表现几个方面阐述其鉴别要点，并探讨其手术时机和手术范围，以期为临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据。

Abstract:

Ovarian malignant tumor of non genital tract origin refers to the malignant tumor transferred to ovary by other organ systems other than genital tract, which is similar to primary ovarian cancer in clinical manifestations. It is difficult to differentiate the two and easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated. Correct diagnosis and treatment is of great significance to improve the quality of life and survival rate of these patients. In this paper, the main points of identification of ovarian malignant tumor from non genital tract were discussed from the aspects of primary lesion, discovery time, metastasis route and clinicopathological manifestations, and the selection of operation time and operation scope was reviewed based on the disease condition, so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
