心房颤动是临床上最常见的心律失常之一，容易导致脑卒中和心力衰竭，增加患者病死率。目前，心房颤动的机制仍不明确，但近年发现相关危险因素与其发生关系密切。该文就心房颤动的危险因素与其发生机制做一述评。

Abstract:

Atrial fibrillation is the most common arrhythmia in clinic, which is easy to lead to stroke, heart failure and increase patient mortality. At present, the mechanism of atrial fibrillation is still unclear, but it has been found that the relevant risk factors are closely related to its occurrence in recent years. This paper reviews the risk factors and mechanism of atrial fibrillation.
