摘要:

IgA肾病是一种多基因、多因素参与的原发性肾小球肾炎。其中，免疫和炎症机制在IgA肾病发病中起关键作用，多种炎症因子与IgA肾病的发生、发展密切相关，可成为新的无创检测指标和治疗靶点。该文综述炎症因子在IgA肾病发病机制的研究进展。

Abstract:

IgA nephropathy is a polygenic and multifactorial primary glomerulonephritis, in which immune and inflammatory mechanisms play a key role in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy. Studies have shown that multiple inflammatory cytokines are closely related to the occurrence and development of IgA nephropathy, and can become a new noninvasive diagnostic marker and therapeutic target. In this paper, the research progress of inflammatory cytokines have been reviewed in the pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy.
