    摘要:

    下尿路症状(LUTS)是一组包括储存、排尿及排尿后不适的非特异性泌尿系统症状,发病率较高,且病因和发病机制较复杂。应激作为导致LUTS的独立危险因素,通过诱导全身炎症反应在局部膀胱和排尿中枢中发挥作用,参与LUTS的发生发展。该文围绕应激诱导炎症反应与LUTS的发病机制展开综述。
