赖氨基醇B12、维生素D3联合重组人生长激素治疗矮小症的效果分析

Efficacy of Lysine, Inositol and Vitamin B12 Oral Solution, vitamin D3 combined with rhGH in children with dwarfism

摘要:

目的 探讨赖氨基醇B₁₂、维生素D₃联合重组人生长激素（rhGH）治疗矮小症对患儿骨密度、25-羟维生素D［25（OH）D］、胰岛素生长因子-1（IGF-1）、类胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3（IGFBP-3）水平的影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年9月在景德镇市妇幼保健院治疗的矮小症患儿104例。采用信封法将患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，每组52例。观察组给予赖氨基醇B₁₂、维生素D₃联合rhGH治疗，对照组给予rhGH治疗，观察两组治疗效果及治疗前后血清25（OH）D、IGF-1、IGFBP-3等的变化。结果 观察组治疗前后身高、体重、生长速率、骨密度、骨龄及血清骨钙素（OC）、骨碱性磷酸酶（BALP）、Ⅰ型前胶原N端前肽（PⅠNP）、25（OH）D、IGF-1、IGFBP-3的差值高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 赖氨基醇B₁₂、维生素D₃联合rhGH治疗矮小症疗效较好，可改善患儿骨矿物质密度和骨代谢，并有助于提高血清25（OH）D、IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effects of Lysine, Inositol and Vitamin B12 Oral Solution, vitamin D3 combined with recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) on bone mineral density and the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25 (OH) D], insulin growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) in children with dwarfism.Methods A total of 104 children with dwarfism who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group (n = 52) and control group (n = 52) by the envelope method. The observation group was treated with Lysine, Inositol and Vitamin B12 Oral Solution, vitamin D3 combined with rhGH, while the control group was treated with only rhGH. The therapeutic efficacy and the changes of the serum levels of 25 (OH) D, IGF-1, and IGFBP-3 before and after the treatment in the two groups were observed.Results The differences of height, weight, growth rate, bone mineral density, bone age, and serum levels of osteocalcin (OC), bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP), procollagen type I N-terminal propeptide (PⅠNP), 25 (OH) D, IGF-1, and IGFBP-3 before and after the treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The combination of Lysine, Inositol and Vitamin B₁₂ Oral Solution, vitamin D₃ and rhGH shows great therapeutic efficacy for dwarfism. It not only improves the bone mineral density and bone metabolism, but also elevates the serum levels of 25 (OH) D, IGF-1, and IGFBP-3 in the children.
