重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）是一种治疗神经和精神相关疾病的非侵入性技术，在临床上被广泛应用和关注。近年来研究证实，rTMS在脑卒中相关并发症的治疗中具有一定的疗效。脑卒中后肩手综合征是脑卒中后常见的并发症。该综述将深入探讨近年来在脑卒中肩手综合征治疗领域中rTMS方法的应用和作用机制。通过系统地审视这些研究成果，旨在为克服脑卒中肩手综合征提供理论依据和实践参考，以促进脑卒中肩手综合征的有效治疗。

Abstract:

Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a non-invasive technique for treating neurological and psychiatric disorders, and it has gained widespread clinical application and attention. Recent studies have confirmed that rTMS has shown certain efficacy in the treatment of stroke-related complication. Shoulder-hand syndrome is a common complication after stroke. This review will thoroughly explore the research on the application and mechanisms of rTMS in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome in recent years. By systematically reviewing these findings, we aim to provide a theoretical basis and practical guide for overcoming post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome, thereby promoting effective treatment of this condition.
