新兴危险因素与心房颤动的关系研究进展

摘要:

心房颤动的危险因素尚未完全明确，近年来越来越多的研究表明，除了传统危险因素，以营养不良、精神心理、社会环境、空气/噪声污染等为代表的新兴危险因素也与心房颤动的发生存在一定的关系。该文围绕新兴危险因素与心房颤动关系的研究现状进行综述，强调了心房颤动管理与预防整体方法的重要性，以期为心房颤动的预防、治疗及随访管理等提供参考。

Abstract:

Risk factors for atrial fibrillation have not been fully defined. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that in addition to traditional risk factors, emerging risk factors such by malnutrition, psychology, social environment, air/noise pollution also have some relationship with the occurrence of atrial fibrillation. This review focuses on the current status of the correlation of emerging risk factors and atrial fibrillation, highlighting the importance of a holistic approach to the management and prevention of atrial fibrillation in order to provide reference for the prevention, treatment and follow-up management of atrial fibrillation.
