针灸治疗阿尔茨海默病研究进展

Research progress of acupuncture for Alzheimer's disease

阿尔茨海默病是一种常见的神经退行性疾病，其发病机制涉及多种复杂的因素。针灸作为一种传统的治疗方法，近年来备受关注，并在临床实践中展现出一定的疗效。该综述通过对阿尔茨海默病机制研究的深入分析，将中医病机理论与阿尔茨海默病现代医学病理生理机制结合，着重探讨了针灸治疗在突触可塑性、神经递质分泌、β-淀粉样蛋白沉积、Tau蛋白磷酸化、小胶质细胞介导的神经炎症等方面的潜在作用机制及研究进展，并对其可能涉及的神经通路进行概述。

Abstract:

Alzheimer's disease is a common neurodegenerative disease whose pathogenesis involves a variety of complex factors. As a traditional therapeutic method, acupuncture has attracted much attention in recent years and has demonstrated certain efficacy in clinical practice. Delving into the mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease, we integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine theories of disease with the modern pathophysiological mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease. In this paper, we also emphasize the potential mechanisms and advancements of acupuncture treatment in areas such as synaptic plasticity, neurotransmitter secretion, amyloid-beta deposition, tau protein phosphorylation, and microglial-mediated neuroinflammation, and provides an overview of the involved neural pathways.
