    摘要:

    癫痫作为一种较为常见的慢性神经系统疾病,已对全球逾7 000万人造成困扰。目前临床治疗以现代抗癫痫药物为主,但约1/3患者出现耐药反应,严重影响生存质量。在改善癫痫临床症状的实践中,传统中药凭借自身特性展现出了与众不同的优势。近段时间的相关研究表明,PI3K/Akt信号通路在癫痫的发病机制中起到了关键作用,而多种中药及其所含的活性成分,能够借助对该通路的调控,进而发挥出抗癫痫的作用。该文系统总结了基于PI3K/Akt通路的中药治疗癫痫研究进展,包括中药单药及其活性成分的作用机制,为开发新型抗癫痫药物提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Epilepsy is a common chronic neurological disorder affecting over 70 million people worldwide. Currently, clinical treatment mainly relies on modern antiepileptic drugs, but approximately one-third of patients develop drug resistance, which severely impairs their quality of life. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has shown unique advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of epilepsy. Recent studies have revealed that the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of epilepsy, and various TCMs and their active components can exert antiepileptic effects by regulating this pathway. This review systematically summarizes the research progress on the treatment of epilepsy with TCM through the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, including the mechanisms of action of individual herbal medicines and their bioactive constituents, and provides a theoretical basis for the development of novel antiepileptic drugs.
