Abstract:Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a severe cardiovascular disease characterized by pulmonary vascular remodeling, progressive elevation of pulmonary arterial pressure, and right ventricular failure. With advances in understanding PH pathophysiology and diagnostic technologies, early identification of high-risk populations and construction of precise predictive models have emerged as pivotal research priorities. This review summarizes current research progress on PH risk factors and early risk prediction models, aiming to provide scientific evidence for early detection of high-risk patients and development of effective preventive and therapeutic strategies, and to offer novel insights for developing more accurate PH predictive models.
