戈舍瑞林联合地诺孕素对子宫内膜异位症术后患者的影响

Effects of goserelin combined with dienogest on postoperative patients with endometriosis

摘要:

目的 探讨戈舍瑞林联合地诺孕素对子宫内膜异位症术后患者的影响。方法 回顾性分析2022年5月—2025年5月四川省人民医院邛崃医院收治的90例子宫内膜异位症术后患者，根据不同治疗方法将其分为对照组与观察组，各45例。对照组予以地诺孕素治疗，观察组予以戈舍瑞林联合地诺孕素治疗，比较两组临床疗效、月经量［月经失血图（PBAC）评分］、痛经程度［视觉模拟评分法（VAS）］、性激素［卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）、黄体生成素（LH）］、血清因子［糖类抗原125（CA125）］、不良反应情况。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组（P 0.05）。观察组治疗后PBAC评分、VAS评分均低于对照组（P 0.05）。观察组治疗前后PBAC评分、VAS评分的差值均大于对照组（P 0.05）。观察组治疗后FSH、E2、LH水平均低于对照组（P 0.05）。观察组治疗前后FSH、E2、LH的差值均大于对照组（P 0.05）。观察组治疗后CA125水平低于对照组（P 0.05）。观察组治疗前后CA125水平的差值大于对照组（P 0.05）。观察组与对照组不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）。结论 戈舍瑞林联合地诺孕素用于子宫内膜异位症术后，可显著缓解痛经、减少月经量，抑制性激素及血清因子水平，且安全性良好。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effects of goserelin combined with dienogest on postoperative patients with endometriosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 90 postoperative patients with endometriosis treated at Qionglai Hospital of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2025. According to different treatment regimens, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received dienogest therapy, while the observation group received goserelin combined with dienogest. Clinical efficacy, menstrual volume [pictorial blood assessment chart (PBAC) score], dysmenorrhea severity [visual analogue scale (VAS) scores], sex hormones [follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH) ], serum factor [carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) ], and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The overall effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the PBAC and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The differences of PBAC and VAS scores before and after treatment were greater in the observation group (P 0.05). After treatment, the levels of FSH, E2, and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). The differences of the levels of FSH, E2, and LH before and after treatment were greater in the observation group (P 0.05). After treatment, the CA125 level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The difference of the CA125 level before and after treatment was greater in the observation group (P 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P 0.05).Conclusion Goserelin combined with dienogest in postoperative patients with endometriosis can effectively relieve dysmenorrhea, reduce menstrual volume, suppress sex hormone and serum factor levels, and demonstrates good safety.
