    摘要:

    抽动障碍是一种慢性神经发育障碍,近年来发病率呈上升趋势。其发病机制与皮质-纹状体-丘脑-皮质回路及相关脑区功能异常密切相关。近年来研究发现,中药复方可通过调节单胺类与氨基酸类神经递质的稳态平衡、抑制神经炎症、改善免疫功能、促进神经结构重塑与突触可塑性、调控关键细胞内信号转导通路,以及调节肠道菌群失调、恢复肠道微生态平衡,实现多靶点、多途径的疾病干预。这些研究为深入阐明中药复方的作用机制提供了实验依据,也为该病的临床治疗与新药研发提供了思路。

    Abstract:

    Tic disorder is a chronic neurodevelopmental disorder with an increasing incidence in recent years. Its pathogenesis is closely associated with dysregulation of the cortico-striato-thalamo-cortical circuit? and functional abnormalities in related brain regions. Emerging evidence indicates that traditional Chinese medicine formulas exert multi-target, multi-pathway therapeutic effects by modulating the homeostasis of monoamine and amino acid neurotransmitters, suppressing neuroinflammation, enhancing immune function, promoting neural structural remodeling and synaptic plasticity, regulating key intracellular signaling pathways, and correcting gut microbiota dysbiosis and restoring intestinal microecological balance. These findings provide robust experimental evidence for elucidating the mechanistic basis of traditional Chinese medicine formulas and offer novel insights for clinical management and drug discovery in tic disorders.
