Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic efficacy of uterine artery hemodynamics combined with serum placental growth factor (PLGF) and uric acid/albumin ratio (sUAR) in pregnant women with preeclampsia (PE).Methods A total of 80 PE patients treated at Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from May 2024 to July 2025 were selected as the PE group, and 50 women with normal pregnancies during the same period were selected as the control group. All subjects underwent uterine artery hemodynamic examinations and serum PLGF and sUAR level measurements. Logistic regression analysis was used to identify influencing factors for PE and to construct a nomogram. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were plotted to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of uterine artery hemodynamics combined with serum PLGF and sUAR levels for PE.Results The pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI), and systolic/diastolic velocity ratio (S/D) in the PE group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Serum PLGF levels were lower, and sUAR levels were higher in the PE group compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis, with PE as the dependent variable, showed that elevated PI [O^R = 2.950 (95% CI: 1.122, 7.814) ], elevated RI [O^R = 2.333 (95% CI: 1.065, 5.133) ], elevated S/D [O^R = 4.628 (95% CI: 1.912, 11.199) ], decreased PLGF [O^R = 0.201 (95% CI: 0.011, 0.444) ], and elevated sUAR level [O^R = 4.122 (95% CI: 1.599, 11.02) ] were all risk factors for developing PE (P < 0.05). The ROC curve demonstrated that the combination of uterine artery hemodynamic parameters with serum PLGF and sUAR levels achieved an AUC value of 0.976, with a sensitivity of 95.6% (95% CI: 0.916, 0.979) and a specificity of 94.6% (95% CI: 0.835, 0.989).Conclusion The combination of uterine artery hemodynamics with serum PLGF and sUAR demonstrates significant diagnostic value for preeclampsia in pregnant women.
